St. Cuthbert Mayne Catholic Primary School

In this section of our website you will find our SEN Information Report and our SEND Policy

Schools have been asked to provide answers to 14 questions developed in co-production with parent carers and young people. These are the sort of questions to which they want to know the answers. Our responses can also be found in this section of our website.

Schools are also asked to provide an outline of the support and interventions they are currently able to provide (a provision map) for all children (Wave 1), for those who may require a little support (Wave 2) and those who require far more individual support (Wave 3). This is intended to make it easier for parent carers to compare individual schools and make informed choices about a school for their child.

We hope that our Information Report, Policy, answers to the fourteen questions and our provision map will form a basis for your decisions. We do feel, however, that a visit to the school and an opportunity to discuss the particular needs of your child is of great importance in allowing you to make an informed choice and would encourage you to contact us to arrange a visit.

Details for contacting us can be found at the end of the fourteen questions and in the Information Report.
