A visit from a Chinese Lion!
All the children celebrated Chinese New Year in style on Tuesday. Everyone was invited to wear red and white clothes and festive celebrations in class included Chinese writing and dancing.
The highlight of the day was meeting the Chinese Lion in our school hall. The children were guided through a traditional dance with everyone getting a chance to be "inside" the lion. Chinese music and dance filled the air.
