St. Cuthbert Mayne Children sing all the right notes!
Under the guidance of Mr Ellson the Arundel & Brighton Diocese Choral Director, our school choir and all of Year 4 welcomed children from St. Joseph’s, St. Edmund’s and St. Polycarp’s to a Musical Choral festival in our parish church. The day started with a workshop followed by a performance to all the parents.
All schools sang with great passion and musicality. Performances included, Jubilate Deo, Going Home and Mother Mary. Isla, Victoria and Ruby all agreed that they felt very excited and a little nervous. Kit, William P and William M felt very proud to sing all the songs they had been practising with Mr Ellison. William M and Victoria won certificates for their amazing efforts throughout the workshop.
