Our School
Welcome to St. Cuthbert Mayne Catholic Primary School
"Everyone Belonging; Aiming High; Growing in Faith."
Located in the village of Cranleigh, Surrey, we are a one-form entry Catholic primary school in the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton and part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust. We are a vibrant community, grounded in faith and learning. Inspired by Christ's commandment to love God and our neighbour, our mission is clear, "Everyone Belonging; Aiming High; Growing in Faith."
At St. Cuthbert Mayne, we celebrate the uniqueness of every child and strive to nurture their God-given talents. Our Catholic education is designed to help our children to develop spiritually, academically, intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially. With Christ at the heart of our values, every decision we make prioritises the best interests of our children.
We prepare our pupils for the next stages of their education through an ambitious primary curriculum that fosters positive learning attitudes and ensures a smooth transition to secondary school. Our stimulating learning environment, broad curriculum, and extracurricular clubs challenge children to explore a range of interests. We emphasise resilience, creativity, tolerance, independence, and collaboration as essential qualities for their growth.
We hope that our website gives you a real insight into life at St. Cuthbert Mayne and provides all the information you need in a clear and easily accessible format.
