The Friends of St Cuthbert Mayne – Who are we and what do we do?

The Friends of St Cuthbert Mayne is a registered charity, run by parent volunteers, to facilitate fundraising for our school. We also strive to nurture our community by organising events that bring parents, staff, and children together. Funds raised by the Friends are intended to provide 'extras' that are not covered by the school's income. In the 21/22 school year, your donations have funded:

• 45 new school laptops (£17,690)
• Library book frames and book tree (£815)
• Dance workshop (£426)
• Playtime equipment (£330)
• Nativity filming (£280)
• Classroom resources (£182)
• Y6 Enterprise stalls (£97)
• Vegetable patch (£30)

Everyone is welcome to join the team and attend meetings which usually occur a few times a term. We would love to hear any fresh fundraising ideas you may have, and we are always incredibly grateful for any offers of help you might be able to give!
