Wrap Around Care
The Breakfast Club is open from 7.30 am until 8.40 am and breakfast will be provided if required. The cost is £7.00 per session for a Regular booking and £8.00 for an ad-hoc booking.
The After School Club is open from 3.15pm until 6.00pm and snacks and drinks are included in the price of £13.00 per session for a Regular booking and £14.00 for an ad-hoc booking.
We use the Oak Room for the main provision with a variety of indoor and outside activities on offer.
Making a Booking
If you would like to book a place for either Breakfast or After School Club (or both) please complete an application form and return it to info@stcuthbert-mayne.surrey.sch.uk.
Cancellation of Regular Bookings
Parents must give 10 working days’ notice (term time only) via email for any cancellation. Parents will still be charged if a cancellation is not made within the 10 working day notice period.
Cancellation of Ad-hoc bookings
Parents must give notice of five working days (term time only) for any cancellation. Parents will still be charged if a cancellation is not made within the five day notice period.
Please may we remind you that all children need to be signed into Breakfast Club by an adult and collected by an adult (18 yrs +) from After School Club.
Childcare Vouchers
Use of Childcare Vouchers
St Cuthbert Mayne Catholic Primary School accepts childcare vouchers but only for specified activities within the rules of the Government Childcare Voucher Scheme.
Childcare vouchers are only acceptable for the following eligible activities:
- Breakfast Club
- After School Club
- After School Clubs
Childcare vouchers are not accepted for the following
- School lunches
- Voluntary contribution
- School trips during school hours or related to the school curriculum
- Residential trips that take place away from the school’s registered premises.
Please be aware that, under HMRC rules, any overpayment of childcare vouchers cannot be refunded directly to parents due to the tax benefits received on purchase.
Tax Free Childcare
To make payments for Wrap Around Care invoices via Tax Free Childcare, please ensure you select the following:

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you pay the right childcare provider.
